A close-knit real estate community with a tight circle of opinion leaders has formed on the LinkedIn career platform. assetbird has once again identified the most active profiles in the industry in DACH with the most followers this year. Who is among them?
Prof. Dr. Thomas Beyerle illustrates the relevance of the LinkedIn career platform for many a managing director. Every week, the opinion leader from Catella Property Valuation GmbH provides information on the latest figures from the market. Beyerle publishes new market analyses, shares experiences from his daily life and regularly appears in front of the camera or on stage.
As in many other industries, a close-knit community has formed in the real estate community on LinkedIn - with a tight circle of opinion leaders. In addition to Prof. Dr. Thomas Beyerle, these include Dr. Hans Volkert Volckens from the consulting firm Blacklacke and Happy Immo Club founder Anais Cosneau.
Based on our own survey, assetbird has identified a total of 30 regularly active profiles from the real estate industry (table) that are followed by a particularly large number of LinkedIn members.
To classify: The sheer number of followers initially says little about how active or influential the person is in the network. For example, there are profiles with a few thousand followers who post a lot and there are others who hardly publish any content but have obviously built up a large number of contacts. Nevertheless, the size of the network naturally has a certain significance.
Jan-Hendrick Goldbeck is the undisputed leader of the ranking. The Managing Director of the GOLDBECK Group has built up a following of almost 55,318 members. He is regularly active and shares his company's current construction progress or sometimes talks about little anecdotes from life.
His follower is also keen to post. With around 36,261 followers, Hubert Rhomberg is only just behind in second place. He is the founder of Rhomberg Holding.
In third place is another well-known face on the scene: Anais Cosneau.

Only profiles that regularly provide real added value for the real estate community through their content were considered for selection. The profiles also had to meet the following criteria:
1️⃣ Regular activity and genuine engagement.
2️⃣ Valuable content for the real estate community.
3️⃣ No accounts that only share reposts.
4️⃣ No accounts that only publish 2-3 posts per year.
5️⃣ No accounts that post daily but only receive a handful of likes.
